Lawrence "Cas" Casanova knows from first hand experience through 6 permanent changes of station and 5 overseas deployments in the military just how stressful relocating can be. Upon retiring from a 20-year career in the U.S Army as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and setting his roots in Frederick Maryland, Cas was inspired to become a Realtor® after an incredibly stressful and emotionally draining experience purchasing his own home. "There had to be a better way," he thought.  Licensed in Maryland since 2015 and having since expanded to the Pennsylvania and Virginia markets, his business model revolves around the core principles of conducting business ethically while fiercely protecting his client's interests, always going the extra mile, keeping clients informed every step of the way so they never feel left in the dark, and making the home purchase or sale process easy and hopefully even a little fun.
