Melanie was born and raised in Maryland but began her career in real estate working for Douglas Elliman in New York City. After graduating from McDaniel College, she left her hometown of Frederick MD to experience something “new”. She dove right into the fast-paced world of luxury condos. Her role was sales and management of newly constructed high-end condos, in high-rise condominium buildings. After a few years of life in The Big Apple, she decided that moving back to her hometown of Frederick, Maryland was the best fit for her. Since her move back to Maryland, she has had huge success helping both buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs throughout the Baltimore and DC Metro area. Melanie’s diverse experience and knowledge in both new development sales and the resale market allows her to provide unparalleled market insight along with innovative marketing strategies to fulfill, and in many cases surpass, her client’s real estate needs and goals. Melanie remains committed to finding the best opportunities for her clients with her dedicated, individualized approach which has enabled her to continually exceed her clients’ expectations.
